I meditate stresses sometimes and I know the pressure originated from oneself can be solved well usually. So a person who is free is fortunate. But free can not be unlimited, people must learn to compromise and cooperate with others. Law and moral are operative here. The edges asserted by most of people are changeable for a long period and are stable in the short run. So if you study history books and modern books you can find there are too many differences, for the situations have moved much.

Can time be reversible? The answer is not now. A lively life need not respond the question because few people want to live in the past even as an emperor. Material welfare occupied by citizens is much more than before, one cause. Another is that there are little pressures, more freedom in the modern life. Technology can provide freedom indeed. So we confront the environment that freedoms are enlarged, at the same time freedom have “cuff”——tangible and intangible.

There are too many limits in our societies. School rules, company limitations, government regulations are the examples. It’s very heavy burden to follow every item. I believe a person has no evil consciousness can break the limit to some extent and will not be punished. Of course criminals must be restrained and punished. Stresses to them are necessary and natural, on the contrary to residents obeying laws are no use. The ability of balancing oneself from so many limits is useful for us.
